TARIFFS:
All the tariffs are “nett of commission” in EURO and can submit modifications because of some governmental regulations or another reason beyond our control and still unknown at the moment of that publication.

SERVICES :
All services will be supplied according to our confidential tariff and calculated according to the itinerary requested. Your request will be answered in 24 hours. The following information are obligatory and must be mentioned in your application ( see our formulary ) in order to do your booking efficiently: kind of room, the accommodation basis, children’s ages, full name of customers, date of arrival and departure, selected hotel if necessary. For a better quality of service , it’s preferable to book the totality of your program by Trans Soa Expeditions. We reserve our selves the right to change the itinerary in case of necessity and for independent reasons of our will. You will be regularly informed by E-mail or Fax , of the products available in the market and all modifications about: tariffs, schedule of the transfer, etc….which can affect the destination.

VOUCHER:
Tour operators or travel agents partner of Tras Soa Expeditions are requested to issue Vouchers for all services requested. We will directly issue the Vouchers of hotels or any other prestations booked and paid by us . We must receive the counterfoil of vouchers transmitted to customers before their arrival.

PAYMENT:
50% of the services cost must be paid to our Bank: (30 days before the arrival)

The rest is to be paid at the reception of the bill. The non respect of that condition can result in the cancellation of all the reservations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
We will do the utmost to give satisfaction for each requested service. However , Trans Soa Expeditions which is an intermediary for airline company, hotels and others, decline all responsibilities for robbery, damages, accidents, change of program or other irregularities which happen beyond our control.

COST OF RESERVATION :
Should you like Trans Soa Expeditions to follow and confirm bookings that you’ve done yourselves with hotels, the cost will be invoiced .

COST OF CANCELLATION:
Cancellation fees will be applied for all booking made by Trans Soa Expeditions and cancelled lately.
Our conditions are the following:
CANCELLATION
- More than 30 days: cost of document per person.
- Less than 30 days: 25% of the total cost of the trip
- 15 days: 50% of the total cost of the trip
- 7 days: 75% of the total cost of the trip
- Less than 2 days: 90% of the total cost of the trip
- No- show: 100% of the total cost of the trip
INSURANCE:
Each passenger is recommended to subscribe an insurance Assistance /Repatriation.
