MAHAJANGA
The city is situated on the estuary of the Betsiboka. Arabic , Hindu,

houses express the cosmopolitan character of this harbour

, Chinese mingle with Sakalava, the original ethnic group of the
region.
Caves of Anjohibe, situated at approximately 80 km of Majunga offer
a fascinating
spectacle of stalactites and stalagmites , vast galleries, underground
waters . One will admire the unforgettable spectacle of the sunset
at the beautiful beach of Amborovy without forgetting at
the red Circus , near Majunga , the " fairy chimneys"
, shaped by the nature.
The reserve of Ampijoroa, situated at 80 km of Majunga is both natural
reserve and forest station. The great part of the reserve is occupied
by the original forest. It counts several species of reptiles, birds
and lemurs some of which are specific to the region.
MORONDAVA
Capital of the Sakalava of the Menabe
Country, the city is situated at the mouth of the river of
the same name. It is from here that the visit
of many curiosities
of the region can be undertaken.
The alley of baobabs , a spectacular population of andasonia
grandidieri baobabs forming a guard of honor to the track
of Belo sur Tsiribihina.
The Tsingy of the Bemaraha is classified World patrimony by the
UNESCO.

BELO
SUR MER
Situated 80 km southwards Morondava , inevitable passage
of the tour following the west coastline , it is a nice village
whose population live essentially on the fishing , the "boutres"
construction and refit . The numerous surrounding desert small islands
constitute a paradise for divers.
ANDAVADAOKA
Situated on the edge of a rocky and indented coast , the
village offers a beautiful beach where diving can be practised .
